John Thomas Rochester (known as Jack) First wife Jean died not long after marriage T.B. Jean had a brother Ronald Howes also a T.B. sufferer he was a Jehovah's witness - mother of Jean and Ron managed a newspaper shop in Philip Lane Tottenham during and after the 1939/45 war later moved to Churchill Road Southgate where Jack and Jean lived with Mrs. Howe. After Jean's death Jack moved to East Barnet Road - large house opposite Cinema. On retirement he moved back to Seaham for a time but later went back to Barnet [Rochesterlast.FTW]
